Pork and Chives Dumpling

Ingredients:

Chopped chives – 2 tbsps.

Salt and black pepper

Mustard – 2 tbsps.

Chopped tarragon – ¼ cup

Cubed tenderloin pork – 1 pound

Mayonnaise – 1 cup

Minced cloves – 2 garlic

Directions:

Put mustard, tarragon, chives, pork, garlic, salt and pepper into the pan that suits your air fryer, stir well

Arrange the pan in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 400°F

Put the mayo and stir

Put the pan in the air fryer for an additional 7 minutes

Share in a bowl and serve
